Goju Ryu Goshin Jitsu Karate
The basic definition of Goju Ryu Goshin Jitsu Karate is the "hard and soft style of empty hands self protection". These words in themselves describe what the foundation of the system is. However the system is much more than a bunch of prescribed moves that dazzle the eye. Goju Ryu Goshin Jitsu Karate is the culmination of years of practical testing in real world situations in modern times. This is a rare thing for most martial arts today.
